*PROCESSING AND SHIPPING*
-Our processing time CAN take 2-3 weeks. However, we strive to process orders as soon as possible.
-RUSH OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE: This means that you want us to rush the production and shipping of your order to receive it sooner than our 2-3 week time frame.
Please keep in mind that the Delivery service fees and our rush fees are not the same:
--Production-Relates to us preparing your order.
--Shipping-When we take your order to the Post office or any of the stand alone delivery centers.
--Delivery-The service you choose to receive your product. For example, USPS ground, Priority, Priority Express, UPS, FED EX, etc.
*UPDATES*
You DO NOT have to send a message for an update on your order. Once you approve the final draft, then we begin production on the order. Once the order is completed, then you will receive a notification/email that your package is on the way and tracking should be attached.
*STOLE DEATILS*
-If you request Satin or Glitter trim, please remember to include the trim color.
-If you request a stethoscope, please remember to include the stethoscope color.
-If you would like images on your stole, please limit them to 4, this includes our optional images. If you want to add additional images, then you will be sent a separate invoice for each additional image.
-Please keep quotes and scriptures under 15 words. This is very important because the more words- the small the letters become, which makes the process of transferring the words to the stole extremely difficult. If you insist on having a long quote or scripture, then you will receive an invoice for each additional word after the 15 word limit.
-We will not send a picture of your completed item. With that being said, please proofread all of your details.
*MESSAGES*
- Please leave an email address and check it often because we will be providing a draft layout copy of your stole design or we may need clarification on something pertaining to your order and we will not proceed until we hear from you. The longer it takes for you to respond the longer it takes to process your order.
